We offer free standard UK delivery (excl. Northern Ireland) for orders over £75. For orders under £75, our delivery rates are based on weight and are calculated at checkout at the following rates:

Standard Delivery (3-5 days from dispatch):

• ​0 - 1kg: £2.95
• 1kg - 2kg: £4.40
• 2kg - 5kg:  £5.80
• 5kg-10kg: £6.70

Please note, these rates are applicable to orders within the UK only (currently excl. Northern Ireland). If you wish to purchase our products from outside the UK, please email us and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

We hope you love your Alba Tableware order, however, if you would like to return any items we are happy to offer you a refund. To complete the return, please email us at: myorder@albatableware.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with the returns address.

Your item(s) must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the returns address. Please note: Alba Tableware do not cover the cost of returning items, unless the items were received in a damaged condition. If damaged, please ensure you follow the process outlined in our ‘Delivery, Returns & Refunds’ page (found at the bottom of the page).
