ALBA supplies pure linen, patterned and bespoke tablecloths, napkins and runners to agencies, brands and caterers for launches, press dinners, long-table suppers and experiential events in London and across the UK. We work from a studio in the Cotswolds, send linen by tracked courier and can make cloths to order when a brief calls for a colour, size or finish nobody else holds.

Built for briefs. We are the UK's specialist in pure linen tablecloth hire. The collection includes plain-colour pure linen trestle cloths, the Katie Julia designs (only available to hire from ALBA) and floor-length cloths for long tables and serpentine runs. When a launch needs something singular, a brand colour, an unusual table or a gathered satin skirt, we can make it to order, as we did with bespoke satin cloths for a 120-cover dinner at Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell, planned by Studio Sorores.

We already work with event planners and caterers on brand and editorial work, including a brand shoot dinner at the Examination Schools in Oxford with Oxford Fine Dining, for which we supplied twenty 132" cloths in our Naturals off-white.

Logistics, plainly. Linen travels by FedEx courier with tracking and a printed returns label, delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm to a ground-floor or loading bay, with a named site contact. Standard hire is three days. Quotes are held for four weeks; a 60% deposit secures the stock and the balance is due six weeks before the event. We do not promise next-day turnarounds, so the earlier we see the brief, the more we can do. If you need help repacking, tell us four weeks ahead. Linen and non-breakables normally go by courier to keep costs down and delivery efficient; for larger London events our own team can deliver, set up and steam on site, quoted per event.
