Wedding linen hire at Kingscote Barn
Kingscote Barn is a Cotswold barn wedding venue at Binley Farm, Kingscote, near Tetbury, with views across the rolling hills. It hosts up to 150 day guests and 200 in the evening. Couples can marry inside the Cotswold Barn or outdoors under the Linhay or on One Tree Hill, then celebrate in the barn, with a treehouse bridal suite and guest accommodation on site.
We have dressed tables at Kingscote Barn many times, for the venue itself, for caterers and for planners. Recent orders have included Anna Maria blue print trestle cloths with white hemstitch pure linen napkins and swirl glassware; Olive Imperial round and trestle cloths; and cut glass wine glasses and flutes.
How we would dress it. A barn of this character carries pattern well. Our Anna Maria print in blue brings a fresh, garden feel to long trestle runs, while Olive Imperial linen is a deeper, more autumnal choice that works on both rounds and long tables. Add white hemstitch napkins for a crisp edge, coloured tumblers or swirl glassware for a little play, and plenty of candlelight once the evening draws in. If you are mixing rounds and long tables, keep one colour family across both so the room feels considered.
Kingscote is a short drive from our Rendcomb studio, so a showroom visit to compare prints and plains is easy to fit in.
Every ALBA hire runs for three days, so your linen arrives in good time for setting up and goes back after the weekend. Our minimum spend is £350 including VAT, plus delivery. A 60% deposit secures your date and the balance is due six weeks before the wedding. Linens travel by tracked FedEx, while glassware and other breakables come with our own driver.

Our 96 x 144-inch rectangular cloth. One cloth per 6ft trestle gives about 91cm of drape at each end; joined trestles are dressed as one continuous run.
