Wedding linen hire at Barns & Yard
Barns & Yard at Hanley Hall sits against the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire (WR8 0AS): a restored Tudor barn complex with a lake, wildflower meadows and three farm cottages. Weekend bookings are exclusive from Friday to Sunday. The Threshing Barn and Gallery together seat up to about 100 for dinner; the Cartshed, covered Stalls and Courtyard give further ceremony and drinks options.
ALBA has worked with Barns & Yard since our earliest days. We have dressed tables for their open days and for weddings on site, and couples planning at Hanley Hall regularly come to us for cloths and napkins.
How we would dress it. Long trestle runs in the Threshing Barn suit floor-length pure linen or a patterned cloth that photographs against the oak. Rounds in the Gallery or Cartshed take our 132-inch cloths. Soft straw, wheat or off-white keeps the barns calm; a Katie Julia print or coloured napkins adds character. Check quantities on the tablecloth calculator.
Every ALBA hire runs for three days. Our minimum spend is £350 including VAT, plus delivery. A 60% deposit secures your date; the balance is due six weeks before the wedding. Linens travel by tracked FedEx; glassware and breakables come with our own driver.
