Wedding linen hire in Oxfordshire
ALBA, the UK’s specialist in pure linen tablecloth hire, supplies pure linen trestle cloths, patterned napkins and floor-length cloths for weddings across Oxfordshire — from the Cotswolds border around Chipping Norton and Woodstock to barns and marquees further into the county. Everything leaves our studio at Rendcomb in Gloucestershire by tracked courier, or with our own driver when breakables are included.
Oxfordshire tables often run long: orchard dinners, tented lawns and light-filled barns. Pure linen softens those rooms and falls cleanly to the floor. Soft wheat or white lets florals lead; a Katie Julia print or coloured napkin adds character without fighting the architecture.
How we would dress it. Joined trestles take our 96 × 144 inch cloths dressed as one continuous run, with a generous drop at each end. Rounds of 5ft to 6ft take our 132-inch cloths. Use the tablecloth calculator with your table plan, then enquire with your date and venue.
Because much of west Oxfordshire is a short drive from Rendcomb, you are welcome to visit our showroom by appointment to compare cloths before you decide. Every hire runs for three days. Our minimum spend is £350 including VAT, plus delivery. A 60% deposit secures your date; the balance is due six weeks before the wedding.

Yes. Linens travel by FedEx with tracking from our Cotswolds studio. Glassware and other breakables come with ALBA’s own driver.

Which cloths are pure linen?
Our pure linen cloths are plain-colour trestle cloths, cut long enough to reach the floor. Round cloths and printed designs come in other fabrics; each product page says exactly what the cloth is made of.
How long is the hire period?
Three days as standard, which comfortably covers a Friday delivery and a Monday return. Quotes are held for four weeks.
